Training
From conceptual training to attitude training: complementariness between universities and technical schools with consultancies.
The tendency is to acquire a technical knowledge base in specialized schools and discover and exploit personal skills through specific training programmes. MercaConsult comprises these two main aspects: it works within the university faculties and managerial schools basically giving theoretical training, but also works directly on company personnel with attitude programmes or team-creation programmes.

In January 2007 MercaConsult obtained the UNE-EN-ISO/9001:2000 Quality Certificate for design and execution of standard and made-to-measure training programmes for companies and institutions, which has meant a great improvement in the internal management of the Training Department and in the relationship with the clients. |
Training for companies
MercaConsult designs, manages, executes and assesses training actions gathered into theme areas. These actions have been designed to fulfil our clients’ needs and from then on have been included as type-training modalities.
Annual training programmes
MercaConsult offers companies the planning, production, execution and assessment of training programmes.
Outdoor
Outdoor training is a kind of experimental (it starts from experience) and live training. It is based on a learning method which combines training in the classroom and activities in open spaces which allow to experience the concepts taught and to draw practical conclusions.
Subsidized courses
MercaConsult offers continuous and permanent subsidized training through programmes from Fundación Tripartita para la Formación en el Empleo and the Departament de Treball de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
Management of public funds
The 395/2007 Act of 23 March, regulates the new Continuous Professional Training system. Companies which contribute for Professional Training dispose of credit for Continuous Training.
Renting of equipment
Any event you organise -a training course, seminar, congress or exhibition- can improve considerably if you use IT and audiovisual equipment aids.
