Training modalities

• Talks: from 1 to 3 hours. Conceptual discourse by an expert on the theme. Final round of doubts and queries.
• Seminars: from 4 to 20 hours. Conceptual and specialized training led by an expert teacher on the subject who takes into account the contributions of all the people attending.
• Training experience: from 4 to 20 hours. Attitude training action, with a great amount of everyday-experience component which can be extrapolated. We would find the outdoor type in this modality.
• Standard courses: from 12 to 60 hours. Standard conceptual training actions with theory and practice, where the expert has an important weight in the running of the sessions, although he/she requires the knowledge and previous experience of the people attending the course.

Taking these modalities as a starting point, we adapt any training action to the needs and characteristics of every organisation in order to achieve a higher degree of satisfaction. Therefore, it is a made-to-measure service.

It is important to take into account that MercaConsult counts on more than eighty expert teachers, all having a degree and a minimum of three years experience in training, both to companies and institutions.
