Annual training programmes

MercaConsult offers companies the planning, production, execution and assessment of training programmes.

A training programme brings the company the opportunity to:

  • Increase employees’ qualifications by promoting their personal and professional development.
  • Adapt human resources to changes due to technological innovation processes and new strategic ways of work organisation.
  • Contribute to the improvement of efficiency in the worker’s everyday tasks.
  • Encourage personal commitment and a sense of belonging.
  • Strengthen relationships between various groups and associates from different companies.
  • Encourage training as a vehicle for continuous improvement.

Understood as a management document, the creation of a training programme allows us to plan various actions promoted by the organisation in the line of time and in a global, coherent and efficient way, always considering the general needs of the whole of the employees, the various functional units and levels of responsibility.

A training programme cannot forget the training needs of the people who conform the organisation. These should aim at satisfying their wishes and needs in their working place and concurring with the targets of the organisation.

The aim is to design a training programme specifying the results that both the organisation and the participants expect.
At the same time, MercaConsult also offers its services to manage public funds to finance the training courses totally or partially, so that achieving the annual training programme is not an excessive burden for the company.
