Candidate assessment
Companies sometimes go through the first phase of the selection process by advertising in the press, among personnel, etc. Once the companies have a clear idea of the candidates they are more interested in, MercaConsult can intervene and have a personal assessment of these candidates.
Personal assessment is a very useful tool in companies in order to take decisions: they help determine promotion, they assess suitability of working teams, they allow to determine existing relationships between heads and subordinates, etc.
