This service works on the planning and tools to take into account in a family business when succession replacement is needed, in order to fulfil it orderly and without family or business breakdown.

The succession planning and the family-business relationships can be managed in the same way as any other business.
Everyone knows of the specific weight the family business has as a source of wealth in the industrial and commercial weft in Catalonia, although statistics show that only 13% of family businesses arrive to the third generation. The most habitual factor influencing this is the lack of a succession policy which allows to fix clear future plans in the commercial, inheritance, marriage areas, and the present and future relationships within the family-business environment.

Who it is addressed

This service is addressed to managers and their spouses, to these managers’ sons/daughters who work in the family business or are defining their future relationship with the family business.
