Outdoor

Outdoor training is a kind of experimental (it starts from experience) and live training. It is based on a learning method which combines training in the classroom and activities in open spaces which allow to experience the concepts taught and to draw practical conclusions.
The main target is to create ATTITUDES. It allows to create or modify attitudes by integrating the three basic components in order to generate behaviours focused on the established targets. The richness obtained from this kind of experience gives a positive impact on the participants.
It consists of a programme with a logical sequence of activities basically live (cooperation-opposition, communication, reflection, relaxation, motivation, etc.) with the aim of making significant aspects of the participants visible.
