Headhunting meets two needs. On the one hand, the client company which wants to cover a key post, and on the other hand the candidate whose interest in the company has been arisen.

Head hunters or talents’ searchers are specialized consulters looking for the ideal candidate for managerial jobs in client companies. They are specialists in covering key, delicate and high level posts, where the client company risks its future profitability.

Companies in search of managers work very tactfully, they look for managers with experience and ability to work globally. They establish the managers’ value in the working market and look for them thoroughly.

 

Methodology

  • Real knowledge of the client company: needs, targets, strategy and managerial culture. That is why they have interviews with different managers of the client company.
  • Localisation of suitable candidates, either in data bases or from working teams created in order to identify sectors or companies to search.
  • Assessment of candidates. Head hunters usually carry out various interviews with candidates.
  • Presentation of three or four candidates suitable for the post to the company. They select the final candidate together with the client.
  • Solution of differences in the final negotiation between the final candidate and the client company.
  • Verify that the selected candidate takes possession of the post and has a good start in the company.
