Psycho test
It is a programme which helps people in search of their fist job or who would like to improve their present job preparing for a selection process with confidence.
Aims of the programme
- An approximation to self-knowledge and self-image in order to improve the weak points in our personality and therefore project ourselves with sincerity and coherence
- Facilitate the necessary tools to become integrated in the working world
Stages of the programme
First session: the candidate will be able to know his/her weak points in order to establish the necessary parametres before starting to look for a job.
- Curricular interview: determining the strong and weak points, personal interests and motivation
- Suitability Test
- Personality Test
Second session: the candidate will receive a folder with the psychotest with the results of tests done in the first session.
- Tips concerning the most important aspects to take into account during the process of job search:
- Psycho test report
- Analysis of recruitment sources
- Tips for writing the curriculum and the cover letter
- Strategies for correct writing
- Handing out a file (CD-ROM) with the curriculum written during the process and which the candidate will be able to use in his job offers
- Tips to pass job interviews
Length: The process lasts for 2.30 h approximately, divided into two sessions.
