Director – Training and Development
She coordinates the Training Business Unit. She is at the same time responsible for Quality in the office.
She prepares training proposals according to the clients’ needs, manages annual training programmes for companies and coordinates the whole of the teaching team. She contributes with methodology and accuracy. She is advisor in Human Resources and gives training in this subject to different companies and institutions.
Degree in Psychology and postgraduate in Strategic Management of Human Resources by EUNCET.
She also gives training in Management Abilities: leadership, motivation, delegation, communication, leading high performance teams and time management, among others.
In her free time she likes discovering how things work and logic problems. She is an art lover in every form. She is keen on photography, drawing, music and cinema. She likes trekking and cycling to enjoy nature and the company of friends.
